Gift card terms
Last updated 9 July 2026
1. What a Cover Beauty gift card is
A Cover Beauty gift card is a stored-value voucher redeemable for any service or product offered by Cover Beauty. It is not a credit card, debit card, or a means of investment.
2. Delivery
Cards are delivered by email to the recipient's address at checkout or on the scheduled delivery date. It is your responsibility to enter the correct email address. If a card is undeliverable, we will contact the purchaser.
3. Expiry
Cover Beauty gift cards expire 24 months after the date of purchase. Any remaining balance at that time is forfeited, in line with UK consumer regulations.
4. Redemption
Cards are redeemed by presenting the unique card code at booking or checkout. Partial redemption is supported: the remaining balance stays on the card. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. If you have not yet used any of the value on the card, and the purchase was made within the last 14 days, contact us for assistance.
6. Lost or stolen
Treat the card code like cash. Cover Beauty is not liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of a card. Signed-in purchasers can view and reissue their cards from their account.
7. Fraud
We reserve the right to void any card issued or redeemed in connection with fraudulent activity, without notice.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to the purchaser by email.
