1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using UmmahConnect (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Conduct
UmmahConnect is built on adab. You agree not to use the Service to spread haram content, harassment, riba, fraud, or anything that violates Islamic values or applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant UmmahConnect a non exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
4. Halal matchmaking
The matchmaking pillar is intended exclusively for the pursuit of nikah. Misuse, including dating intent, inappropriate contact, or impersonation , will result in permanent removal.
5. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for legal reasons.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
