Terms of Service

Cover Beauty provides booking, payments, point of sale and marketing software to beauty and wellness businesses, and a marketplace where clients discover and book those businesses. Studios remain independent providers; we are not the provider of the treatment you book.

• You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

Each studio sets its own cancellation window, deposit and no-show policy, shown before you confirm. Where a deposit is taken, it is applied to the treatment price or retained under the studio's published policy. Disputes about a treatment are between you and the studio; we will help mediate where we can.

Card payments are processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment partner. We never store full card numbers. Studio subscription fees are billed in advance per location per month and are non-refundable for part periods unless required by law.

Gift cards are issued by the studio and governed by our gift card terms. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal.

• No scraping, reverse engineering or automated bulk access.
• No false reviews, spam, or content that is unlawful or harassing.
• No attempt to bypass security controls or access another user's data.

You keep ownership of content you upload and grant us a licence to display it on the platform. We may remove reviews that breach our moderation policy or the law.

Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You may close your account at any time. We may end the agreement on 30 days' notice, or immediately for material breach. Data retention on closure follows our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
